Don't rush it girl. There are a lot of agencies out there. You'll need to sit down and search for a big well-known agency in australia. They sure got something like a website. Don't give any agency information by e-mail or sign up through the internet. Just take a look on there sites and read the information, try to find out what they're looking for and what it really takes. If you found a good one and you know what they do and what they expect from you, write them a letter. Make sure you know as much as you can, be professional. And most of all: don't be dissappointed if you haven't got what it takes.

A lot of people can act AND sing. You need to be able to act to be able to sing and you need to work on your voice if you want to be a good actor. I can see that you're loved on stage and photo-shoots. But it would also be attractive if you could add some experience a camera in front of your nose. Acting on a stage and in front of a camera is definitely not the same! It's also very important for a director that his actors look natural. Good singers have developped a certain discipline in their movements that works great for singing and looks awful on film. Combining both skills is really hard. A lot of actors do it tough, but just remember you have to train yourself in natural acting. Remember that a director or casting agency will look for these skills more than anything. In the film-industry discipline and a characteristic face is a lot more important than beauty and stage-experience. If you are a good singer at least don't give up on the singing, it will probably get you further than acting... Don't spend too much time on modeling agencies unless you really like the work. If you wanna do something like broadway, make sure you get a personal agent who really believes in you... Good luck, Gryphon.
