No magic bullet to building a career....

There is no "website" or "service" that will "get you" a job in the industry.

The key (if there ever was one) is to educate yourself about the way the professional industry REALLY works. Most filmschools teach the nuts & bolts and have you write papers about movies that have already been made. Assuredly the art of film is important, but to get the chance to practice that art, you MUST know about the actually BUSINESS so that you can build a real career that allows you to practice your art.

There are a host of resources out there that claim to be able to help you achieve your goals, but only a scant few by real professionals that are out there to genuinely help you.

Just a short list:

http://www.realfilmcareer.com

http://www.cinematography.com

For A LOT more and REAL information that will help you break in and maintain a real viable lifelong career, I urge you to visit those sites above plus any and all forums and links that they provide. They TRULY want to help you and cost NOTHING.

Good luck!
