Hi everybody, new here, amateur fx man looking to create some halloween costumes for friends and I am in need of a really good long lasting, smooth, water proof light blue paint or make up for a Freakazoid! costume idea. I am a perfectionist and am a little strained atm because I have never used any long lasting paints and I am wondering if anybody has some pointers for me?

Light blue, can contort as the face contorts smoothly and easily, doesn't rub off onto anything (white gloves are part of this costume) can last all night, doesn't matter if it's hard to get off the next day (or days =P).
