I don't know if this has been asked yet, I haven't been on the forums for some time.

But, I was reading in a YouTube guide website that if you want to increase your views and subscriptions, doing a collaboration with a fellow YouTuber who has their own fan base and subscribers will not only get them to see your work, it will also allow for your own subscribers to see theirs as well.

One way to approach this, and this is only an example, would be to have it like a phone conversation, where no traveling is required to meet each other (unless, of course, it's local or your committed to drive to the person's location), and each person films their own segments, and then you can decide who edits it and such, and then you upload it to your profiles.

I have my own small fan base and subscribers, and word of mouth in recent months has started to show on my vids on YouTube. My website is www.matzarubaa.com, and on there you can see our YouTube link so you have a general idea of what our videos are like.

I'm willing to do a different and new approach, and I have faith that this method would help both parties in getting their names out there.
