Final Cut Audio Filters - telephone effects, etc.

Hey is it possible to manipulate audio in Final Cut to sound like a voice coming from a telephone? I know in Vegas there were a lot of creative filters for the audio, but in Final Cut, I cannot seem to find any. Are there any to download?
