how do you create this effect (video included)

Hi Im trying to create the effect of the bluring which you can see in: the beggining of this (chris cunningham) video (the blurring of her head shaking): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDme6kRrBY8 and another close example I can think of this would be in the scene in fight club the first time they show ed norton and helena bc having sex... anyone know? or have any suggestions? any other forums i should try?

You can use After Effects. I think it's called "force motion blur".

thanks alot, Ive been trying to fiddle round with the ccforce motion blur, its seeming along the lines i want. thanks
