Hello! ANyone know how to add the black bars on top/bottom of a 4:3 video pulled into Adobe Premiere? Preferably without additional software, as AP6.5 is all I have? -Kevin
So you want it to just loko as if it is 16:9 ? What you could do is make an image the size of your desired output (720 x 480 probably) and just matte it, ie have the bottom and top be black bars and hte middle be blue, then using premiere key out the blue and have the video in there instead. Not too hard, and just apply it at the end when your done editing
