Camcorder suggestion NTSC/PAL

I need to shoot in NTSC/PAL formats at some point, so I am researching cameras to buy that can record both NTSC and PAL. Until now, I can only find the Sony HVR-Z1U. Can you suggest other HD cameras that have this feature? Any other ideas are welcome. Thanks, Joe
