Stop motion animation exp.

I'm pretty new to stop motion. I made this little short a few months back. Pointless basically but I mainly wanted to just try my hand at it. Any suggestions or criticisms? I realize there's not much there to analyze, but anything would be great considering my knowledge of stop motion is extremely limited. Here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pcVFlh8sovQ

Re: Stop motion animation exp.

Thats fun. How long did that take? I have seen a few stop motions. The last one was about 10 minutes and was about a bicycle. Sorry I have'nt done any of this so my feedback is fairly amature but what I saw was entertaining and that's pretty much what matters.

Re: Stop motion animation exp.

Thanks for watching. Glad you found it entertaining. That took me about 5 or so hours to do. Pretty tedious work, especially for me since I'm so inexperienced with it. I bet the bicycle thing was a pain to do, especially if he or she didn't have a crew working on it.

Re: Stop motion animation exp.

Nice piece. The stop motion does take a long time. The only stop motion project I've ever done took 36 hours with a crew of three for a five minute piece. That's not including post work. Do you have bigger projects planned? --Trey
